Brennan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and sons. He is an avid snowboarder and hiker, and is nearing completion of the Adirondack High peaks, having climbed over 40 of the 46 peaks.

Brennan leads 424 Capital’s investments in Healthcare Technology and Technology Enabled Services companies.

Brennan enjoys working with teams that are passionate about the impact they can create by taking their business to the next level. Brennan is an expert at building an effective culture for growth and works closely with entrepreneurs to build detailed plans to scale rapidly. Prior to 424 Capital, Brennan was with Brook Venture for nine years. 

Brennan earned his BA in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester in three years and holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Brennan is also the Chairman of the Advisory Committee at the Ain Center for Entrepreneurship, which has recently been ranked top 10 in the US for entrepreneurship by the Financial Times and top 15 for graduate school entrepreneurship studies by the Princeton Review.  Brennan is also the Co-chair of the Newman Advisory Board at the University of Rochester, and prior to his current non-profit duties, Brennan co-founded Original Standard, an organization that raised awareness and capital for non-profit organizations through inspiring individuals.
