Jenn’s direction also encompasses 424 Capital’s Human Resources efforts including driving a culture of impact and integrity at the center of 424 Capital’s commitment to the highest ethical standards. Jenn believes that our people are our greatest strength and that we are most successful when we are driven by a sense of purpose. 

Prior to 424 Capital, Jenn spent seven years with Brook Venture Partners, and served as a healthcare consultant for a management consulting firm. Jenn studied Psychology at the University of Massachusetts – Boston.
