Austin works closely with 424 Capital’s portfolio companies to support financial reporting, analysis and planning, as well as assist in the evaluation of strategic acquisition opportunities on behalf of 424’s portfolio companies.
Prior to 424 Capital, Austin was a VP on KeyBanc’s technology investment banking team where he was responsible for sourcing and executing M&A transactions. Prior to KeyBanc, Austin held roles with Citizen’s gaming & leisure investment banking team, Canaccord Genuity’s sustainability investment banking team, and Wayfair’s strategic finance team.
Austin earned a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.
