Carol enjoys practicing Kundalini yoga, exploring the local music scene, and learning how to bake. Carol is passionate about cultivating environmentally sustainable communities and actively volunteers at a local nonprofit that advocates for food justice.

Carol provides executive-level support to the Partners at 424 Capital and works closely with the Director of Finance and Operations on culture initiatives with a focus on equitable access and opportunities.
Prior to joining 424, Carol was the Director of Operations at Easterly Partners Group. Previously, she worked in administration and finance at Brook Venture.
Carol received her BA in Communications at Gordon College and studied Marketing at Emerson College.
