Mike manages due diligence and legal processes related to new investments and acquisitions as well as pursues strategic growth initiatives on behalf of 424’s portfolio companies.

Previously, Mike was with Brook Venture for nearly two years and held roles in business development for a technology related startup which was later acquired by IBM, and in Product Management for J.P. Morgan.

Mike earned a B.A. from Salve Regina University.
